Database actively being improved to handle a growing number of requests. The MCP workers at mcp.opencaselaw.ch continue to function — search, citation graph, statute lookup and case briefs all serve the last successful build while we catch up.

Every nightly publish runs … integrity, schema and content checks against the full corpus before users see new data. A critical regression blocks the publish; users keep the previous successful corpus until investigation. The badge below distinguishes publish safe (today's data is live), publish blocked (gate fired today, refused to push), and quality report stale (gate has not run recently — corpus is correct but ageing).
